DEPRESSION IN YOUNGSTER

Definition of depression before explaining what are the causes of depression we will have to clear our concept what is exactly depression concept about what is exactly depression and where It comes from and how we can get rid of this most common diseases in all over the world everyone feels depression is a kind of illness which commonly comes from 1088 family members the breakup of a relationship these misfortune and many more natural causes such as health issues lack of money and many more are the natural effect of sadness and mourning when you face these kind of things in your life it is so common to feel depressed about a loss or failure however, for so many people’s they are having heavy heart continuously for months, ears or if it not untreated even a lifetime for such people depression is a serious illness effecting more than 100 million peoples worldwide each year which is estimated to affect about 25% of women and 10% of men, during their life’s and 5% of peoples during their adolescence the estimation of depression is getting high in every year and it seems to be starting earlier in life when we are facing so many problems in terms of every field youngster depression is often overload or misdiagnosed its symptoms are differ then the age of over 40 and 30 age of people, yet it is serious problem in our society is word depression is related to suicide attempt among the youngsters, this is one of the major reason in youngster which made the peak of craziness in this reason people are one of main emotion which is love according to science many legend people made their life’s with the help of these emotions and get relaxed entire their life and other people made worst their life, a stock after that they got stressed a depression our young generation across their limits and breakups made the depressed although the people time period of love emotion is 18 months and in the 18 months the time period they become depression patient, In Pakistan majority of people which belongs to a poor and middle class families means when they become in the age of 16  and 20 they have been hunted by depression families forced them to be engineer, doctor and eventually the interest of their children is different so the parent’s make them depressed although media film so many movies as a lesson to give awareness of parents according to develop country we have to learn and realize that why they become develop more and more, the main factor is language barriers as I already discussed majority of middle and poor used to get admission their children in government schools the medium of government schools is most probably Urdu they study their whole major In Urdu after that suddenly medium changed into English which makes so depressed students cause in their age they become young there are so many conflict and issues about this factor however, I personally not support to these type of applications such as Facebook, twitter, YouTube and so all through the social media it is so easy made them terrorist with these types of applications they watched the things which is unreal which gave them opposite impact and they become frustrated and depressed because what they have seen is belongs to different area of the world, we have one of the best life example which is getting develop  year by year china the world’s second largest economy they have banned Facebook, Youtube, Google don’t have access to open them accept their own search engine which is baidu as well as their study language is Chinese from primary education to till high education. If you want to make young generation to more creative more hard work and diligent so you need to give them their own choice feels where they want to go make them more energetic include these kinds of book in their major such as “Think And Grow Rage” “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” ways that you can get rid from the disease for example do the exercise and therapies.
